Does West Palm Beach Junior Academy accept the Florida Private School Scholarship?

Yes, West Palm Beach Junior Academy appears on the Florida Department of Education list of schools taking part in the Florida Tax Credit / Family Empowerment Scholarship (FTC/FES-EO) program.

For a Palm Beach County child, the award at this school would be $8,890 in grades K-3; $8,288 in grades 4-8; $8,091 in grades 9-12 for 2026-27, sent to the school in quarterly installments once EMA enrollment is approved.

It also holds the Unique Abilities (FES-UA) flag. A Palm Beach County child with a qualifying diagnosis or IEP can draw $11,054, $10,452 or $10,255 under FES-UA, depending on grade, and the account reaches therapies and tutoring as well as tuition. The state also lists it for PEP, which lets a PEP household pay for part-week attendance out of the account.

This school takes pre-K children, so ask if it is an approved VPK provider (the year before kindergarten is free for any Florida four-year-old) and whether it accepts School Readiness certificates from the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County.
